At the NAHB’s Best of 55+ Housing Awards KTI brought home Gold for the Robson Ranch Arizona Clubhouse, a design that embraces a resort living philosophy by balancing comfort and sophistication while taking inspiration from Arizona’s sunsets and southwestern style textures and patterns.

KTI also received the Innovation Award for the Robson Creative Arts & Technology Center at Quail Creek. This lifestyle enhancement amenity combines well-appointed artist studios with a state-of-the-art technology center, allowing residents to learn and explore new creative pursuits year-round.

KTI also achieved distinction at NAHB’s The Nationals Awards, which recognizes superior achievements in the nation’s largest competition for home sales and marketing by individual professionals, home builders, and sales and marketing councils. KTI’s design of Celebrity Custom Homes Pradera Colorado Umbria Plan 6 took top honors for Best Interior Merchandising for a Model Priced $750,000 – $1 Million. The design presents a calming monochromatic color palette and carefully chosen finish materials to create an unforgettable dream home. The same project was also recognized with a Silver Award for Best Outdoor Living, which was emphasized through the integration of all-weather furnishings and lavish amenities focused on enjoying Colorado’s spectacular views and fantastic climate.

“It’s a tremendous honor to be recognized among so many other talented firms and wonderful projects,” comments KTI Principal, Kimberly Timmons-Beutner. “KTI proudly shares these awards with our clients at both Robson Resort Communities and Celebrity Communities and the great architects we collaborated with.”

These awards add to KTI’s tally of more than 100 similar acknowledgements in an 18-year firm history. As the firm continues to build on a legacy of success, Timmons-Beutner renews her pledge to continue to push the envelope on design excellence through continual collaboration while drawing inspiration from each project’s contextual surroundings and local stylistic influences.
